Description
The LNP sample kit, containing firefly luciferase mRNA, is developed using all standard LNP formulations PackGene provides. In the LNP sample kit, mRNAs are packed in different LNP formulations separately. The cargo, Fluc (N1meψ) mRNA, has undergone full modification of all U bases with N1-methyl-pseudo-uridine. Upon translation, Fluc (N1meψ) mRNA generates firefly luciferase, which emits bioluminescence upon interacting with its substrate, Luciferin. This mRNA sequence is widely employed as a fluorescence reporter in mRNA therapeutics and delivery system development endeavors. These different formulations act as reliable controls for evaluating the suitability of which formulation in the LNP sample kit works best for your mRNA delivery in both in vitro and in vivo experiments.
