Description
The DLin-MC3 LNP formulation, containing firefly luciferase mRNA, is developed using a standard LNP formulation with the key ionizable lipid DLin-MC3. The cargo, Fluc mRNA, has unmodification bases. Upon translation, Fluc mRNA generates firefly luciferase, which emits bioluminescence upon interacting with its substrate, Luciferin. This mRNA sequence is widely employed as a fluorescence reporter in mRNA therapeutics and delivery system development endeavors. This formulation acts as a reliable control for evaluating the suitability of the DLin-MC3 LNP formulation for your mRNA product in both in vitro and in vivo experiments.
