Description
The SM-102 LNP formulation, containing enhanced green fluorescent protein mRNA, is developed using a standard LNP formulation with the key ionizable lipid SM-102. The cargo, EGFP mRNA, has unmodification bases. Upon translation, EGFP mRNA generates enhanced green fluorescent protein, which emits fluorescence at 507nm upon excitation at 488nm. This mRNA sequence is widely employed as a fluorescence reporter in mRNA therapeutics and delivery system development endeavors.
