Cap 1 N1meψ OVA mRNA

Ovalbumin, comprising approximately half of egg albumen protein, was the first protein isolated in pure form. Renowned for its various biological activities, including anticancer, antihypertensive, antimicrobial, antioxidant, and immune-modulating effects, ovalbumin serves as a widely used antigen for immunization and biochemical investigations. It also serves as a model allergen for studying airway hyper-responsiveness. This mRNA possesses a Cap1 structure, which is highly efficient in capping. It is fully substituted with N1-methyl-pseudo Uridine to improve expression and decrease immunogenicity. Additionally, the mRNA features a 110A tail in its sequence, resembling a mature mRNA.
