Cap 1 EGFP mRNA-LNP formulation 1-4

The LNP sample kit, containing enhanced green fluorescent protein mRNA, is developed using all standard LNP formulations PackGene provides. In the LNP sample kit, mRNAs are packed in different LNP formulations separately. The cargo, EGFP mRNA, has unmodification bases. Upon translation, EGFP mRNA generates enhanced green fluorescent protein, which emits fluorescence at 507nm upon excitation at 488nm. This mRNA sequence is widely employed as a fluorescence reporter in mRNA therapeutics and delivery system development endeavors. These different formulations act as reliable controls for evaluating the suitability of which formulation in the LNP sample kit works best for your mRNA delivery in both in vitro and in vivo experiments.
