How these vectors play?

Customer will provide the sgRNA target sequence for cloning. A1/B1 can work with themselves; A1/A2/B1/B2 can work with A3/A4/A5/A6 or mouse with SpCas9 gene. A3/A4/A5/A6 can also accommodate 800-2000 nt of homologous donor or other sequence.
 
 
 

C) SaCas9

SaCas9 is a short version of Cas9 with comparable activity and less off-target ratio compared with SpCas9*.
